For service requests that require on-site repairs (within China), our company will arrange technical personnel to go to the customer's site for repairs within 48 hours. At the same time, our company will conduct regular follow-up visits to customers to understand the usage of equipment, collect customer opinions and suggestions, and continuously improve the quality of products and services.
